Introducing Jira, GitLab and incident.io Integrations for Mastra Factory

Mastra Factory now supports three new intakes: Jira, GitLab, and incident.io, giving you more ways to manage and resolve issues, feature requests, and incident follow-ups.

We launched Mastra Factory earlier this year with support for GitHub, Linear, and Slack, and followed up with the beta launch earlier this month. Today, Jira, GitLab and incident.io join the intake lineup.

The intake column in Factory can be filtered by source, letting you see where each issue has come from. Open an item to read the full issue description, then move it through your pipeline until the work is complete.

Get started

Every intake provider ships as part of the @mastra/factory package:

npm install @mastra/factory@latest

Add credentials for each intake to .env, then configure them under Settings → Work Intake in the Factory UI:

GITLAB_ACCESS_TOKEN=your-gitlab-access-token
